I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of Turku by the river, which made exploring so convenient. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, but the lack of openable windows in the room was a bit of a downside. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of tasty dishes, and the facilities were top-notch.
